Project Overview
This project features two residential towers of 22 and 24 storeys, with a total of 416 units. As high-rise residential structures, the buildings required complex mechanical design and coordination across all floors and shared systems.
Scope of Work
As the design-assist mechanical contractor, DILFO was responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of the mechanical and plumbing systems, including:
- Boilers, cooling towers, heat pumps,
- Plumbing and piping systems for domestic water distribution, storm and sanitary systems,
- Complete HVAC, air handling and ventilation.
