DILFO supplied and installed the complete mechanical scope, including:

• Plumbing and piping systems,
• HVAC and ventilation systems,
• Fire protection and sprinklers,
• Building controls, and,
• Indoor air quality systems.

Specialized acoustic treatments were also incorporated for ministerial office and meeting spaces. All work was completed in compliance with Government of Canada security protocols, with all personnel working on the project required to obtain reliability status security clearance.
