Project Overview
Phase 1 of the LUXO development includes a 36-storey residential tower and an eight-storey extended-stay hotel, with four levels of underground parking. The completed phase delivers 720 residential units within this 1.3 million sq. ft. mixed-use development.
Scope of Work
DILFO supplied and installed the complete mechanical systems, including:
- Plumbing and piping systems,
- HVAC and ventilation systems, and,
- Building automation controls.
All systems were engineered to handle the high-density load of a high-rise residential building, while supporting the operational needs required by the hotel.
