Major Community Projects

The Miracle League of Ottawa

DILFO was honoured to be a major contributor to the construction of Ottawa’s Miracle Field, a purpose-built baseball field for children and adults with special needs. With barrier-free dugouts and a fully accessible surface, it provides opportunities for everyone to experience the joy of the game.

Roger’s House at CHEO

We played a significant role in the construction of this pediatric palliative care hospice, providing comfort and dignity to children and their families.

Shepherds of Good Hope

DILFO helped renovate the kitchen facilities to better serve Ottawa’s homeless community.

Investing in the Next Generation

We believe in building a strong future for our industry and our community by supporting education and skills development:

Donated $100,000 toward the construction of the Algonquin Centre for Construction Excellence, helping train the next generation of tradespeople.
Partnered with the Heavy Metal Summer Experience (HMSE) program, giving students hands-on experience in the skilled trades through site tours, training, and mentorship from industry professionals.
