Project Overview
The Royal Canadian Dragoons Facilities included a new 100,000-square-foot building and the renovation of two existing structures to support the operational and training needs of Canada’s oldest armoured regiment.
Scope of Work
Under an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model, DILFO provided full mechanical systems, including:
Plumbing, ventilation, fire protection, and HVAC for new construction
Building automation and mechanical insulation
Design input and 3D coordination modeling through our in-house VDC/BIM team
Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, DILFO’s collaborative planning and technical execution ensured the project met all design, schedule, and performance objectives.
