Under an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model, DILFO provided full mechanical systems, including:

• Plumbing, ventilation, fire protection, and HVAC for new construction
• Building automation and mechanical insulation
• Design input and 3D coordination modeling through our in-house VDC/BIM team

Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, DILFO’s collaborative planning and technical execution ensured the project met all design, schedule, and performance objectives.
