Project Overview
The West Memorial Building is nearly 300,000 sq. ft. within Canada’s Parliamentary Precinct. This classified heritage building underwent complete rehabilitation and modernization, which also required precise integration of new systems within protected architectural spaces.
Scope of Work
As a heritage building mechanical contractor, DILFO supplied and installed modern mechanical systems, including:
- Plumbing and piping systems,
- HVAC and ventilation systems, and,
- Sprinkler systems.
All work was planned to protect historic elements while improving performance, reliability, and long-term operational reliability.
