Project Overview
As part of the Zibi redevelopment along the Ottawa River, Block 211 stands as a model of sustainable, high-performance design. This eight-storey, 200,000-square-foot LEED Class A office building was delivered through a Design-Assist approach, with DILFO acting as Prime Contractor under EddyLands Construction.
Scope of Work
DILFO completed the full plumbing, heating, and HVAC scope, including:
- Domestic and stormwater systems
- Hydronic loop with circulation pumps and heat exchangers
- Snowmelt system and booster pumps
- Expansion tanks, sump pumps, and domestic hot water systems
- Unit heaters, fan coil units, VAV boxes, and heat recovery systems
- Commercial fans, grilles, louvers, smoke, and fire dampers
