Ruxandra Surlas, CPA

Ruxandra Surlas brings over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting to her role as controller at DILFO. She started her career at a Big Four accounting firm, where she developed a strong foundation in audit, financial reporting, and internal controls. 

Transitioning to the private sector, she has spent the majority of her career as a controller in the construction industry, providing financial leadership, improving operational efficiency, simplifying processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. 

Outside of work, Ruxandra enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring new vacation destinations with her husband.
