•Boiler and storage tank
•Dry cooler
•Pumps
•Heat exchangers
•Sump pumps
•Heat recovery unit
•All piping for elevator pit, drains, underground
•Expansion tank
•Glycol tank & piping for glycol system
•All domestic water system piping, washrooms, accessible washrooms
•Make up air unit
