PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Sysco Canada Inc.’s Tannis Facility underwent an expansion including a 129,000 sq.ft. warehouse expansion & 16,000 sq.ft. two-storey office addition. This design-build project included a mechanical room, a cold dock, a dry dock, dry warehouse expansion, and cooler and freezer areas. This transformed the existing building into a contemporary state of the art distribution facility for Sysco/Tannis.
